		<description>Good information. I read through the Constitution because I wasn&#039;t really sure about this...

Under Article II, it states that before &quot;he&quot; takes office, the oath must be taken.

Under Amendment 20, it states that the term of office ends at noon, Jan 20. 

It however does not explicitly state that the new office begins at noon.

While it really doesn&#039;t matter, I think that given the Article II requirement of an oath to be taken, it may be that for 1-2 minutes, we did not have a President today. :)</description>
