Is it usable?

by Adam Killam on August 14, 2008

A client asked me today about how they can make their website more usable – or rather, how they could assist one of their own clients with the usability of a new site the client was designing.

While I’m not an expert on usability I know who to look to for the answers. If you want to increase your conversions, help visitors find things easier, and improve your traffic, then check out:

  1. Useit.com – Jakub Nielson’s site. JN is the usability expert world wide.
  2. Steve Krug’s book: Don’t make me think – the now legendary title, available from Amazon.
