As some of you know, I am competing in the upcoming 2010 Crossfit Games Sectional Qualifier in Squamish, March 28,29th. Â My two other team mates and I have been training 5-6 days a week now for close to two months in order to get ready for the event. We’re getting down to the wire and the workouts and the pace, is getting grueling.
For a shot of inspiration and motivation, our coach, Jenika Gordon of Crossfit Westside, sent us a video recently of Kyle Maynard, a Crossfit’er who was born without arms or legs. In the video below, Kyle completes a modified Crossfit workout and offers some excellent insight into what it takes to be a winner and a competitor.
