		<description>Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  This is a fault that I have as well, communication is key to everything we do, listen and then respond... But the first challenge is effectively starting the conversation to find out client needs and wants.  Then supporting it with follow up information.  

I find myself too often focused on the solution or product which does not have any customer contact.</description>
